Michael contributes more than 30 years of high technology experience to his role of Managing Partner at Ntrinsic.  He has managed technology operations

in the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East.  His three decades of successful technical, operational, sales, marketing, consulting and management experience enable him to interact effectively with his team, clients, developers and strategic partners to produce decisive, high-value results.

Over the last 10 years, Michael has had the opportunity to assist in the development of over a dozen emerging technology and internet companies from concept to staffing, funding, intellectual property development and, finally, to going public.  This has provided him with a wealth of up-to-date, practical information for new business entrepreneurs.

Michael has also held key positions with Compaq, Xerox and other leading technology companies. He has developed national and international marketing and sales programs, and grown many successful territories.  While living in Europe, he successfully established pan-European operations in the United Kingdom and Belgium.

Michael was responsible for international sales and channel development for a division of Xerox, as Director of European Sales & Marketing. He has also held Vice President of Sales and Marketing positions for other software developers.

Julie is a 25 year veteran of the Silicon Valley.  As Senior Partner at Ntrinsic, Ms. Schulte is responsible for Ntrinsic’s range of service / product offerings,

product marketing and strategic programs development.  She was responsible for the nSight EPS™ design specification and development as well as managing the beta program prior to product launch.  She also manages services infrastructure, and new services offerings.  

Julie was responsible for the nSight EPS™ design specification and development as well as managing the beta program prior to product launch.  nSightEPS is Ntrinsic’s custom software for managing visibility and accountability across organizations.

Before joining Ntrinsic, Julie was founder and CEO of Project Complete!, a Silicon Valley channel marketing services organization that provided market support to the VAR and VAD channels for SCO, NEC and other leading technology companies. 

Before founding Project Complete!, Julie was Director of European Sales and Marketing for Hercules Computer Graphics in Brussels, Belgium.  Before Hercules, Julie worked in sales and marketing for six years at Computer Associates.  While at CA in San Jose, Julie managed groups in sales and training.  Following her term in the US with CA, she ran a product marketing group for the company in the United Kingdom.
