    A small set of our client’s release new products or services under subsidiaries.  Often when they do, they seek investment from Venture Capitalists, Investment Bankers or strategic partners in their industry.  For many years Ntrinsic has been creating Investor Marketing Documents that have captured the attention of investors.  These documents are compelling, well-written and provide clear positioning of the opportunity in a language that makes investors listen.

    Session Description

    This session is designed to get as much information as possible across the company’s new offering.  Subjects discussed include market opportunity, business model, the strength and experience of the management team, sales and marketing as well as a complete financial review of the company.

    Who From Your Team

    The thought-leadership or vision/direction providers of the new venture should attend and participate in this session.  This typically includes all of the “C” level executives for the new division or subsidiary.

    Duration

    This off-site session lasts one full day – usually 8 to 12 hours.

    Time to Deliverable

    Business plan drafts are delivered in 3 to 4 weeks.  Final edits and production usually require 1 to 2 additional weeks.

    Deliverable

    An Investor Marketing Document that includes an executive summary, body of the plan and complete financials.
